Tzatziki Limited (Minutz meeting management app) (“We/Us/Our”) collects information from users on Our website and the Service (“You/Your”.)
INFORMATION WE COLLECT AND HOW WE USE IT
In order to use the Service You must create an account either via our website, or via SalesForce AppEx. When You create an account We will ask for personally identifiable information. This is information about You and your company that can be used to contact or identify You (“Personal Information”). Personal Information includes, but is not limited to, Your name, phone number, or other billing information, email address and home and business postal addresses.
Credit card details are never collected, as we do not take these details for free trials. If You sign up for paid version of the Minutz, You will receive an invoice with options to pay, none of which include Minutz collecting banking details at all.
We use Personal Information to provide the Service, complete Your transactions, and respond to enquiries. We also use Personal Information to contact You with promotions and other information that may be of interest to You. If You decide at any time that You no longer want to receive such communications from Us, please follow the unsubscribe instructions provided in any of the communications OR email Us at firstname.lastname@example.org with a request to have Your information removed from Our mailing list.
Sending Emails To Your Connections
Any Email communication You send through the Service will list Your email address and name in the message and may also provide information, notes or documents related to Your meetings with the recipient. Information you enter in the Service about any meeting will be shared with attendees and invitees and any other parties who are entitled to the information related to that meeting and related meeting actions.
The filenames You use in the Service are not treated as Personal Information; therefore We recommend that You do not include any personally identifiable information in Your filenames.
Automatically Collected Information
As is true of most websites, We automatically gather information about Your computer such as Your IP address, browser type, referring/exit pages, and operating system (“Automatically Collected Information.”) We store this information on an individual basis but only use it in summary form. We use this information to evaluate the use of the Service and any promotions. This information does not contain any Personal Information.
When You visit Our website We gather certain statistics, such as number of hits on Our website and usage statistics for features offered by the Service (“Statistical Information”.)
